Haley’s interest in behavioral health began at a young age when her brother was diagnosed with autism. As a result of her experiences, she is passionate about improving outcomes for those with similar challenges. Haley joined AHCI in 2016 as a Quality Specialist, a role that she enjoys because it allows her to develop both quantitative and qualitative skills. With a focus on substance use disorders, her work involves conducting evaluations of and data analysis on services and quality improvement initiatives, creating reports with that information, and presenting findings to system stakeholders.
Haley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College and a Master’s degree in Health Care Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University. In her free time, she loves studying Pittsburgh’s architectural history and hopes to someday restore a Victorian home in the city.
