An organization located in downtown Pittsburgh seeks a Quality Analyst to provide the necessary support, problem resolution, reporting, and analysis for a behavioral health managed care contract related to Medicaid services. This position will analyze clinical/utilization and financial data, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and prepare information for submission to the state and other entities. Position will represent organization and client in a variety of meetings in the area. A master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred. A bachelor's degree plus relevant experience may be considered. Previous managed care or health insurance experience is preferred, along with strong analytical skills. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
