Office Manager

Part of the AHCI team since 2009, Lea Ann is very passionate about keeping others informed about mental health topics and works to help eliminate stigma as a Mental Health First Aid instructor. In addition to bringing that passion to work with her, Lea Ann helps to keep things running smoothly at AHCI.  In her role as Office Manager, she is responsible for oversight of clerical functions, payroll & benefits, office maintenance, planning for trainings & events, and assisting the CEO with scheduling and Board matters.   Lea Ann is the person who ensures that everyone at AHCI is working in a coordinated fashion. While she has a strong work ethic, she also tries not to take herself too seriously and is a strong believer in the therapeutic value of laughter.
